Returns & Refunds

We aim to please in every way so we have given a full in depth description of all our garments along with an in depth explanation on sizing and how to email us with your measurements if you are unsure of your size. You are welcome to email us with any queries and wherever possible, we will send you free fabric samples on request. PLEASE NOTE! All our garments are bespoke and individually made as and when we receive orders. If we have made a garment specifically tailored or altered, (wider, shorter, longer, change of design) to fit you on request, we cannot offer a refund. We will happily offer a credit or an exchange only. In the event that you are not satisfied in any way with an item because:

  1. It does not meet it's description
  2. Is not fit it's purpose
  3. It is faulty or damaged

Here's what you need to do:

Email us immediately at contact us telling us why you are not happy with your purchase. Please provide the date you received your order, your name and address and full description of the garment you have received. We will then contact you to explain how to return the garment. Once we've received it, we will happily give you a full refund. You must obtain a receipt for proof of postage, keep a copy and enclose a further copy with the garment and post the garment within 7 days of contacting us. Refunds will not be given if a garment has become faulty or damaged through seams splitting because of wrong choice of size.



PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST PROVIDING FULL DETAILS OF ANY GARMENT YOU WISH TO RETURN BEFORE YOU POST IT.
